By accessing this website or booking services with Icarus Equestrian, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure transparency, professionalism, and the safety of all clients and horses involved.

1. Services Offered

Icarus Equestrian provides equine-related services including- but not limited to - coaching, riding lessons, horse training, schooling rides, and competition support. Services are subject to availability and may be updated or modified at any time.

2. Booking & Cancellations

  • All sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeit of payment.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

  • Weather-related cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at or before the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted forms of payment will be listed at time of booking.

  • Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services until the balance is settled.

4. Waivers & Risk Acknowledgment

All riders and participants are required to complete an Acknowledgment of Risk and Release of Liability form prior to their first session. A parent or legal guardian must sign for any rider under the age of 18.

5. Rider & Horse Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and safely while on-site or during any service. Horses must be in sound condition and appropriately equipped for the activity. Icarus Equestrian reserves the right to refuse service if safety is compromised.

6. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Icarus Equestrian and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. Use of this site is at your own risk and is provided “as is.”

7. Changes to Terms

Icarus Equestrian reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes your acceptance of the most current version.
