This waiver is a required document for all riders participating in services offered through Icarus Equestrian. It outlines the inherent risks associated with equine activities and confirms that riders understand and accept those risks.
Both adult and minor versions are available and must be completed prior to your first session. These forms can be printed and brought to your first lesson or submitted digitally upon request.
